General terms

These terms of use define the rules for using the TEVQO platform. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Nature of service

In the current MVP phase, TEVQO provides subscription-based usage for iPhone 13, 15, and 17 models. Devices are not sold. Ownership belongs to the platform or device supplier.

Registration & eligibility

To use the platform, you must be 18 or older, reside in the Republic of Azerbaijan, and have a valid ID and bank card.

Payment terms

Monthly subscription fees are automatically charged to your bank card. Some models may require a refundable security deposit. Monthly pricing and all starting charges are disclosed before commitment.

Device usage

Devices are for personal use only. Transferring, selling, pledging, or modifying the device is prohibited.

Guarantee & Tevqo Care

All subscriptions include base guarantee coverage for technical faults. Tevqo Care is offered separately for broader protection such as accidental damage, based on plan terms. Intentional damage is not covered.

Upgrades & returns

At plan end, users may upgrade to a new device or return theirs. Devices must be returned with original accessories in normal condition.

Early termination

Early termination is subject to conditions specified in the contract.

Limitation of liability

TEVQO does not guarantee uninterrupted platform service. Force majeure events are excluded from liability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
